Another Company Migrating to Champions Park in Sturgis!

S&S Cycle has become the latest high profile vendor to decide to switch its ‘Sturgis’ presence to Champions Park.
Champions Park is being developed as the long-term home of the Official World Championship of Custom Bike Building, and the 4.5 acre Champions Park site at Lazelle and 3rd is being designed as an “engineering, hard parts and performance enthusiasts paradise”, according to AMD Publisher and Official World Championship promoter Robin Bradley.

“Our mission is to offer vendors, motorcycle manufacturers and Rally visitors alike a top-class home right at the heart of peak Rally attendee traffic habits. One that speaks uniquely to the serious parts buying, custom bike buying and performance and engineering oriented visitor. This is something that has been missing from the the downtown Rally experience for years, and one that is vital to our industry at this time if vendor exhibit investments are to remain profitable” Bradley said.
Speaking of his company’s decision to move their Sturgis exhibit presence to Champions Park, S&S Cycle President Brett Smith said “We have always backed anything we think is in the long-term interests of the market that our company helped create nearly fifty years ago. We have always supported the World Championship and share AMD’s vision of what it can come to mean for our industry”, Smith said.
“The creation of Champions Park is another sure-footed stage in the development of the event, and we are excited by the opportunity it represents for our company and for the market as a whole.” Goodness, wonder who could be next in this migration north! Personally, it seems that poor Sturgis is selling their soul here in having so many companies setting up shop. But that’s just my opinion.
